Melco will celebrate its fifth edition on 6th and 7th June 2017, moves its location to the Zaragoza Congress Center

Melco, the Business Club for consumer electronics and small home appliances, which will celebrate its fifth edition on 6th and 7th June 2017, moves its location to the Zaragoza Congress Center.

The most important professional event for new technologies and small home appliance of Spain and Portugal, redesigns its concept and launch a very attractive new edition.

The event moves to the city of Zaragoza, looking to facilitate travel and logistics of exhibitors and hosted buyers, to optimize the efficiency of the Business Club.

The new location, at less than 90 minutes from Barcelona and Madrid, by train, and about three hours’ drive from capitals such as Bilbao and Valencia, will allow to increase the number of visitors attending, thus making grow the return on investment of the exhibiting companies.

The meeting point of the year

After the four editions held in Valencia, Melco Business Club moves to the city of Zaragoza, in particular to his Congress Center, to keep its position of the meeting point of the year, for professionals in the Retail channel of new technologies and small appliances.

The event, that offers the possibility of interacting with the most important purchasing managers of Spain and Portugal, is the best platform for opening and reinforce commercial relationships between offer and demand, and, to discover new business opportunities.

With the change of location and the redesign of his event model, the organizers expect overcome the figures of last year edition, where were hold more than 1200 meetings between suppliers and retailers.

New model

The organizers of Melco, have decided to make significant changes in the event model, taking advantage of the accumulated experience in the previous editions and adapting it to the current needs of the market.

First, the event will focus on only two days with the aim of optimizing its efficiency and effectiveness. The Business Club will keep the pre-arranged agenda as a differential factor, keeping also the high number of meetings as a great value.

Another of the significant changes is that the access to the event will be allowed to all retail professionals, previously registered, during the two days of the event.  The organizers will keep its rigorous control of access to ensure a maximum return to the investment of the participating companies, but the exhibitors may receive, spontaneous visits of buyers without agenda, besides the programed meetings with hosted buyers.

Likewise, the concentration of the event in two-day will facilitate also that the invited buyers remain all the event, increasing networking opportunities between vendors and retailers.
